OTG uses cookies and similar storage to keep the storefront secure, preserve shopping intent across pages, and make checkout and account access feel continuous rather than brittle.
The current site relies on essential storage for cart persistence, secure authentication cookies when account sessions are active, consent recording, and the transition into Stripe-hosted checkout.

If a shopper enters Stripe Checkout, Stripe may place its own cookies or storage entries to complete fraud checks, payment handling, and checkout continuity on its hosted pages.
